ToDo List in PhpED
|
ToDo List is an excellent tool to organize your work and keep track of the development tasks all within PHP IDE.
How To manage entries in To-Do list in PhpED
PhpED generates ToDo list entries automatically from the comments in your source files starting with any of the following keywords: TODO/FIXME/HACK/XXX/DONE.
You can specify the priority, the owner and the category of the task. For example:
// TODO 4 -o Owner -c Category: Add Handling of the exceptions
will generate a TODO list entry as shown on the picture:

To view and or edit To-Do list entries you need to select View->Tabs->To-Do list tab. The text of the priority, owner, category and comments can be edited directly on the tab. To navigate to the ToDo entry in the source you can simply double click on the entry in the tab or use the pop-up menu on the right mouse button.
