PHP Manual: enchant_broker_request_pwl

function enchant_broker_request_pwl_dict(EnchantBroker $broker, string $filename): EnchantDictionary|false

Creates a dictionary using a PWL file. A PWL file is a personal word file with one word per line.

broker: An Enchant broker returned by enchant_broker_init().
filename: Path to the PWL file. If there is no such file, a new one will be created if possible.

Returns an EnchantDictionary instance on success or false on failure.

Throws a ValueError if broker is not usable, for example if it is uninitialized or was already freed with enchant_broker_free().
