SplDoublyLinkedList::shift — Shifts a node from the beginning of the doubly linked list

Description

public function SplDoublyLinkedList::shift(): mixed

Parameters

This function has no parameters.

Return Values

The value of the shifted node.

Errors/Exceptions

Throws RuntimeException when the data-structure is empty.
