XMLWriter::toUri — Create new XMLWriter using a URI for output

Description

public static function XMLWriter::toUri(string $uri): static

Creates a new XMLWriter using a URI for output.

Parameters

uri: The URI of the resource for the output.

Returns an XMLWriter.
